You would have to etch out a balanced diet that would contain small potions of only a few foods (I say few because the more food options we have, the more we tend to eat). Do not try to make your food so tasty that you cannot stop yourself from an extra serving! Just go for the salads as they are always good for improving the Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) of the body and also providing the body with the essential nutrients. There are a lot of people who add mayonnaise or cream to their salads; this must be avoided. Salads with mayonnaise or cream do not help in weight loss and instead creates fat. Opt for protein rich foods as they tend to help in quick loss of weight from regions like the abdomen.
